Weekdays (Sunday - Thursday)

• $140 per night for 2, plus one time cleanup fee of $60
• $160 per night for 3-6, plus one time cleanup fee of $70

Weekends & Holidays

• $150 per night for 2, plus one time cleanup fee of $60
• $180 per night for 3-6, plus one time cleanup fee of $70

General Policies

• Maximum of 6 people per night
• Refundable damage deposit required
• Check-in after 3:00 PM
• Check out by 12:00
• Smoke-free house
• No Pets
• The telephone is available for local calls only. The use of a personal calling card is required for long distance calls
• Linens, towels and laundry detergent are provided
• A deposit in the amount of 50% of the invoice plus a refundable deposit of one night's stay is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due upon arrival. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, cash or check
• All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to reservation in order to receive a full refund of deposit. Otherwise, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged
• Two keys to the cottage are issued. A $20 cash deposit is required. If one or both keys are lost, the deposit is not refunded
